Radiant ceiling panels enable energy savings of up to 70% per year, depending on the heating system, heat carrier and area of application.

Despite higher investment costs, an amortisation period of around 2.5 years is achieved for sports halls and around 9 years for warehouses and production facilities.

Over a period of 15 years, radiant ceiling panels can save up to 60% of total operating costs compared to other heating solutions.

The higher energy efficiency and lower energy consumption reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 76 % per year and therefore enable sustainable, environmentally friendly operation.

Radiant ceiling panels work on the same principle as the sun’s rays, directly heating the surfaces and objects in a room. The radiant heat spreads evenly, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient temperature. Discover more ...
There are many heating solutions for large spaces on the market, but which is the best option? A recent study by Tribu Energie shows that considerable energy and cost savings can be achieved by choosing the right heat emitter, even when the heat generator remains unchanged. For example, switching from water unit heaters to radiant ceiling panels can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%, while still using the same gas boiler. When combined with heat pumps, savings of up to 70% are possible.

The study was conducted in 2024 by the renowned French building consultancy Tribu Energie. Using dynamic simulation, it compared the energy performance and economic efficiency of five heating systems.
As part of the study, different building types were simulated, both new builds and renovations, using five heating systems. To ensure a robust analysis, various construction parameters, cost factors, and two climate zones - moderate (Paris) and Mediterranean (Marseille) - were taken into account. The aim of the study was to calculate the energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and total cost of ownership (or profitability) for each of the five heating systems.
Radiant ceiling panels were the clear winners of the study, delivering energy savings of up to 70% compared with other systems. For relevance, the study focused on large open spaces within a moderate climate zone.

Radiant ceiling panels provide comfortable and efficient heating and cooling for any building. Their flexible modular design makes them suitable for spaces ranging from around 2 m to 50 m in height.

Thanks to its modular design, the radiant ceiling panel offers flexible configuration options. Its lighter weight makes installation easier, and all components are corrosion-protected, making it ideal for use in humid environments.
